Description

Stunning baroque architecture, once home to Emperor Napoleon, and described as a “Petit Versaille”, the Palazzo is a magical and spellbinding venue. It came as no surprise to us, that Palazzo recently featured in the Channel 5 series “Malta: The Jewel of the Med”, and was a chosen venue in Australian celebrity Delta Goodrem’s multi-day wedding celebration in Malta.

Celebrity wedding and TV Status, nonetheless, the Palazzo still provides value for money owing to Palazzo’s permanent bar installations, range of lounge furniture, chairs and tables provided as part of the overall venue hire.

Palazzo’s in-house catering team also provides exquisite food and drink, adding to the grandeur of your celebration.

Weddings at this venue traditionally utilise the upstairs golden room, and the first garden. The upstairs golden room is reminiscent of Versailles Hall of Mirrors, with intricate gold décor and ornate chandeliers adorning the interior. The upstairs balcony also provides a first and tantalising look at the exquisite gardens below.

We particularly recommend the golden room for those couples looking for an opulent and elegant ceremony, often combined with the dulcet tones of a Maltese Harpist.

The First Garden is divided into four distinct lawn areas, with each lawn benefiting from a water fountain feature. The venue allows for a range of creative dinner set-ups, with a range of round and long table options available.

As the Maltese sun begins to set, the romance of this venue starts to become fully understood. The lawn fountains subtle lighting provides an air of romance, and with the addition of effective uplighting, carpeting and chandeliers this venue provides for a true royal affair.
